After graduating from Harvard College, I moved back to my home state of Maine to build political power for climate justice. I was a Fellow at The Nation, writing on climate and Maine politics. I was also delegate to COP21 with SustainUS in Paris and worked with the Bernie Sanders campaign. In 2017, I worked to elect Ben Chin Mayor of Lewiston. I currently organize with different groups in Maine and am also running for the Maine House of Representatives in my hometown District 88 (Chelsea, Whitefield, Jefferson, and part of Nobleboro). My mission is to articulate and develop new ways for social movements to build political muscle and for citizens to regain voice and hope in our democracy. I want to do this in Maine, a small but mighty state that has the potential be a leader in the US and beyond.
